Great stretch for people who sit at desks.
It’s called a Crab Reach & it stretches your hips, shoulders & upper back.
1) Sit upright on palms & heels
2) Push-up & reach for the side with your arm
That’s one rep.
Do 4-6 reps before workouts or between long periods of sitting.
